Good Quality Alumina Ceramic Bead - PWHT ceramic heating pad – Heatfounder Detail:

Our high quality PWHT heaters are manufactured from high grade 0.55mm nickel-chrome (NiCr80/20) 19 stranded resistance wire which run through durable aluminum oxide ceramics beads. Each ceramic pad heater has a cold tail of nickel 212 wire which allows the operator to safely work with the element heater when it’s in use. All of our ceramic heating elements are equipped with camlock connectors.

The insulators together with the resistance wires are very flexible and gives a good heat radiation and effective heat transmission during the required thermal process. Our heating elements are manufactured with a wide range of power ratings and voltages. We are able to meet our customers’ needs regarding special models of size, shape, voltages and power rating.

Our ceramic pad heater is designed for temperatures up to 1000°C and suitable for all kinds of heating like preheating, tempering, annealing, soft annealing, normalizing, stress relieving, homogenizing and recrystallization of pipes and pressure vessels etc. This of type ceramic heaters can be customized with voltages from 30V up to 80V.
